Goddess Creations can process personal data about you, because you use the services of Goddess Creations, and/or because you provide it to Goddess Creations when you fill out a contact form on the website. Goddess Creations can process the following personal data:

WHY GODDESS CREATIONS NEEDS DATA

Goddess Creations processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you by telephone if you so request, and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post). For sending proofs of orders and invoices, and if you cannot be reached by telephone, to be able to email you.

The personal data you provide can be used to process the order(s), to send you information and/or updates about your order(s), and to inform and keep you up to date with news about Goddess Creations, Shamna Lea Grey, and/or related products or services.

We may send emails with newsletters, promotions, or special offers. If you do not wish to receive it, you can always unsubscribe or adjust your preferences on the website (except for what is necessary around receiving products or services).

In addition, Goddess Creations can use your personal data in the context of executing an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services.

HOW LONG GODDESS CREATIONS KEEPS DATA

Goddess Creations does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept for longer than is legally required or if no agreement is concluded with you.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Goddess Creations states that your personal information is in safe hands and will not be shared with anyone outside of the direct needs of Goddess Creations and Shamna Lea Grey.

Goddess Creations does not provide your personal data to anyone other than the accountant and any Municipal or Government authorities that request it.

USE MEDIA

All brands, images, texts, comments, illustrations, (animated) images, video images, sounds as well as technical applications that can be used for communication on social media or for marketing purposes are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, repetition, use or modification, in any way whatsoever, of all or part of it, including technical applications, without the prior written consent of the controller, is strictly prohibited. If the administrator does not immediately take action against any infringement, this cannot be construed as tacit consent or waiver of legal proceedings.

MAPPING WEBSITE VISIT

General visitor data is kept on the Goddess Creations website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analysis of visit and click behaviour on the website. Goddess Creations uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymised as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Goddess Creations uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website and how effective Goddess Creations’ Adwords ads are on Google search result pages.

The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information.

Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide reports about the Website to Goddess Creations and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@goddesscreations.nl. Goddess Creations will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Goddess Creations verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens om telefonisch contact met u op te kunnen nemen als u daar om verzoekt, en/of om u schriftelijk (per e-mail en/of per post) te kunnen benaderen. Voor het sturen van proeven van opdrachten en facturen, en indien u telefonisch onverhoopt niet bereikt kunt worden u te kunnen mailen.

De door u verstrekte persoonsgegevens kunnen worden gebruikt om de bestelling(en) te verwerken, om u informatie en/of updates over uw bestelling(en) te sturen en om u te informeren en op de hoogte te houden van nieuws over Goddess Creations, Shamna Lea Grey, en/of aanverwante producten of diensten.

We kunnen e-mails sturen met nieuwsbrieven, promoties of speciale aanbiedingen. Indien u deze niet wenst te ontvangen, kunt u zich altijd uitschrijven of uw voorkeuren aanpassen op de website (behalve wat nodig is rondom het ontvangen van producten of diensten).

Alle merken, afbeeldingen, teksten, commentaren, illustraties, (geanimeerde) afbeeldingen, videobeelden, geluiden alsmede technische toepassingen die gebruikt kunnen worden voor communicatie op sociale media of voor marketingdoeleinden zijn beschermd door intellectuele eigendomsrechten. Elke reproductie, herhaling, gebruik of wijziging, op welke manier dan ook, van het geheel of een deel ervan, met inbegrip van technische toepassingen, zonder de voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking, is ten strengste verboden. Indien de beheerder niet onmiddellijk actie onderneemt tegen enige inbreuk, kan dit niet worden opgevat als stilzwijgende toestemming of het afstand doen van gerechtelijke procedures.

IN KAART BRENGEN WEBSITEBEZOEK

Op de website van Goddess Creations worden algemene bezoekgegevens bijgehouden, waaronder het IP-adres van uw computer en het tijdstip van opvraging en gegevens die uw browser meestuurt. Deze gegevens worden gebruikt voor analyses van bezoek- en klikgedrag op de website. Goddess Creations gebruikt deze informatie om de werking van de website te verbeteren. Deze gegevens worden zo veel mogelijk geanonimiseerd en worden niet aan derden verstrekt.

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie of verwijdering sturen naar info@goddesscreations.nl . Goddess Creations zal zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek reageren.

BEVEILIGEN

Goddess Creations neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the training for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centres and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

IF YOU CANCEL :

90 days or more prior to the start of the training you get a 100% refund (minus the non-refundable payment that is €222,- for a training or retreat of more than 2 days, or the amount as otherwise stated in the event or €77,- for a workshop or retreat of 2 days or less )

From 90 days or less days prior to the start of the training, no refunds will be given. You can pass on your ticket to another to go on your behalf.

Note that if you cancel within 90 days and you have not paid the full fee you will still have to pay the rest of the fee.

COVID POLICY :

If you cannot attend due to COVID symptoms, please contact me with a recent doctor’s attest.

Online programs and courses can never be refunded.

IF WE CANCEL :

We have never had to cancel, however, if we do cancel a training, we will refund you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a training due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase (travel) insurance.

RESPONSIBILITY :

I declare that I am going to participate in a training that can be intensive, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and can ask a lot of me. I declare that I will keep an eye on myself, monitor my own limits and participate only in what I can handle. All I do during this training is of my own choice. For this, I will not hold anyone other than myself responsible.

Shamna Lea Grey and Goddess Creations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage nor injuries of any kind.

Annuleringsbeleid Algemene Voorwaarden

Houd er rekening mee dat er geen restitutie of kortingen zijn voor te laat arriveren, vroeg vertrekken, geannuleerde vluchten, reis vertragingen of ziekte. Als je jouw deelname aan de training om welke reden dan ook annuleert, is het onderstaande annuleringsbeleid van toepassing, zonder uitzonderingen. We zouden willen dat we mensen konden compenseren voor onvoorziene omstandigheden (letsel, noodgeval in het gezin, enz.), Maar we hebben al kosten gemaakt bij het reserveren van retreat-centra en hotels. We hebben ons annuleringsbeleid ontworpen om zo medelevend mogelijk te zijn in het geval dat jouw plannen veranderen. Maar om jezelf verder te beschermen, raden we je ten zeerste aan een reisverzekering af te sluiten.

WANNEER JIJ ANNULEERT :

90 dagen of meer voor aanvang van de training krijg je 100% restitutie (minus de niet-restitueerbare vergoeding van € 222, – voor een training of retraite van meer dan 2 dagen, of het bedrag zoals anders vermeld in het evenement of € 77, – voor een workshop of retraite van 2 dagen of minder)

Vanaf 90 dagen of minder dagen voor aanvang van de training wordt er geen restitutie verleend. Je kan jouw ticket aan een ander doorgeven om namens jou te gaan.

Houd er rekening mee dat als je binnen 90 dagen annuleert en je hebt niet de volledige vergoeding betaald, je nog steeds de rest van de vergoeding moet betalen.

COVID BELEID :

Als je niet aanwezig kan zijn vanwege COVID-symptomen, neem dan contact met mij op met een recent doktersattest.

Online programma’s en cursussen kunnen nooit worden terugbetaald.

WANNEER WIJ ANNULEREN :

We hebben nooit hoeven annuleren, maar als we een training annuleren, zullen wij jou alle aanbetalingen en betalingen die je hebt gedaan aan jou restitueren. We kunnen jou echter niet vergoeden voor gemaakte vlucht- of reiskosten. In het onwaarschijnlijke geval dat we een training moeten annuleren vanwege het weer, natuurrampen of politieke onrust, kunnen we geen restitutie garanderen – dit is afhankelijk van het ontvangen van een restitutie van de locatie. Om deze risico’s af te dekken, raden wij jou ten zeerste aan een (reis-)verzekering af te sluiten.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID :

Ik verklaar dat ik ga deelnemen aan een training die fysiek, emotioneel, mentaal en spiritueel intensief kan zijn en veel van mij kan vragen. Ik verklaar dat ik mezelf in de gaten zal houden, mijn eigen grenzen zal bewaken en alleen zal meedoen aan wat ik aankan. Alles wat ik tijdens deze training doe, is naar eigen keuze. Hiervoor zal ik niemand anders dan mijzelf verantwoordelijk stellen.

Shamna Lea Grey en Goddess Creations kunnen niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor enig verlies of schade of letsel van welke aard dan ook.
